One of the pots found upside down in Mt Lico’s forest near the source of the stream that cascades down the mountain. First thought to be round rocks, the team left this one exactly where it was in order for follow up work to be done by Mozambiquan anthropologists. A small broken sample found in the stream bed is being analysed for age and possible links to other pottery from the region.
