Mt. Mabu is home to the largest rainforest in southern Africa, and hidden in the forest are plants and animals completely unknown to science. 37 new species of plants and animals have now been found. The Darwin Initiative team, led by Dr. Julian Bayliss in partnership with the Mozambique’s Department of Agricultural Research, returned to Mt. Mabu for their last research trip. Alliance Earth joined the expedition.
